Delete your Feudi account

Feudi (operated by Kontrak Pty Ltd) lets you permanently delete your account and associated data at any time, directly in the app.

1. Open Feudi and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and the data below are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• your profile and profile photo;
• every feud you are a party to — the person who started it or responded — including both parties’ videos (video files are deleted from our video provider, not just hidden);
• your comments, votes and reactions;
• your notification data;
• your login itself.

You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove content:

• Delete a feud: in My Feuds, any party to a feud can permanently delete it at any time — this removes both videos, all votes and comments for everyone.
• Delete a comment: you can delete your own comments at any time.

You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your account. We’ll verify you control the account, then delete it.

We do not retain your personal data after deletion, except where we’re required to keep limited records to meet legal obligations (for example, records we must hold by law). Anonymous, aggregated statistics that don’t identify you may remain.
