Child Safety Standards

Feudi, operated by Kontrak Pty Ltd, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping children off Feudi and to detecting, removing, and reporting any content or conduct that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor.

Feudi is for people 16 and older. We collect each user’s date of birth at sign-up, block anyone under 16 from creating an account (enforced on our servers, not just in the app), and remove under-age accounts we become aware of. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to use Feudi.

The following are strictly prohibited on Feudi and are grounds for immediate removal and a permanent ban:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualised content involving minors;
  • grooming, solicitation, or sexual extortion of a minor;
  • endangering, trafficking, or exploiting a child in any way;
  • sharing personal information of a minor to facilitate harm.

These rules are set out in our Terms and apply to every video, comment, username, profile, and message on Feudi.

Anyone can report suspected CSAE content or conduct:

  • In the app: tap Report on any feud, profile, or comment and choose the child-safety reason. You can also block any user.
  • By email: contact us at [email protected] at any time.

When we receive a report — or otherwise identify CSAE — we act promptly to review it, remove violating content, and permanently ban the people responsible. Where content appears to involve child sexual abuse, we preserve the relevant material and report it to the appropriate authorities (such as the eSafety Commissioner, the police, and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) in line with our legal obligations.

We comply with applicable child-safety laws in the regions where Feudi is available, including Australia’s online safety requirements, and we cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety regulators. We review these standards regularly.
